Available to seniors graduating from Ilwaco, Naselle-Grays River, Willapa Valley, Raymond or South Bend High Schools in June 2018. 

Students who will be enrolling in an arts based program (graphic arts, music, drama, film, visual arts, dance, culinary, etc.) at a two year, four year, or vocational college, are eligible to apply.

An interview with the board may be required. 
Scholarship funds are awarded upon successful completion of your first quarter in the program.  
Our annual fundraiser, Hearts for the Arts, raises money to support this annual scholarship, as well as other arts programs and organizations in our area, including: 
-local school art and music programs
-arts activities at local libraries
-Sunday Afternoon Live
and more.

The Willapa Heritage Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that supports cultural and artistic enrichment programs and opportunities in Pacific County, Washington.

Our goal is to provide everyone in our community – children and adults – opportunities to both create and enjoy art. We provide financial support to artists and educators, and to arts programs and organizations. We meet the first Wednesday of the month.
